You do need the special runic font and an advanced text editor like Word to display the Runes correctly.

After installing, you need to select the "Runic NL Unicode" keyboard layout using your language bar or your regional settings in your control panel. If you don't know how to do this, then you are too newbee / dumb to be able to use this anyway so forget about it. I offer no support :-)
